Articles
- How are shipping prices calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your order, and the shipping option you select.
- What delivery estimates mean.
Delivery estimates include production time (creating and printing the book) plus shipping time from the printer to your address.
- How do I track an order?
Account customers can track from Account → Orders. Guests can track at /track using Email + Order ID.
- Why might tracking not update immediately?
Carriers sometimes scan packages in batches, especially over weekends and holidays.
- How does multi-address gifting work?
During checkout you can split copies across multiple addresses. Each address gets its own tracking.
- When can an address still be corrected?
Address corrections are possible until the printer confirms the label. Contact support with your Order ID as soon as possible.
- What happens after print submission?
The printer prints, binds, and ships. We monitor progress and update your tracking.
- What to do about a delayed shipment.
First check tracking. If a shipment appears stuck for more than a few days, contact support with your Order ID.
- What to do about a lost shipment.
Contact support with your Order ID. We work with the carrier and, when appropriate, reprint the book at no additional charge.
- What to do about a damaged book.
Photograph the damage and contact support with your Order ID. Most damage claims are resolved with a reprint.
- What to do about a manufacturing defect.
Contact support with your Order ID and a photo of the defect. Manufacturing defects are covered by a reprint.
- What to do about a wrong item.
Contact support with your Order ID and a photo of what you received. We correct the order at no extra charge.
- How do reprints work?
When a reprint is warranted, we prepare a new copy from the same approved files and ship it to you.
- When is cancellation possible?
You can cancel before you approve the final book plan. After production begins, cancellation is limited because materials and print time have been committed.
- What happens when a delivery deadline changes?
If a deadline slips (for example, a carrier delay), we update your tracking and, when relevant, offer options like expedited shipping.
