We design UrKidsBook to be usable by every adult buyer and to represent every child faithfully.

Standards we target

WCAG 2.2 AA across public marketing, checkout, review viewer, and account surfaces.
44×44px minimum touch targets on primary actions.
Keyboard-operable interfaces with visible focus states.
Respect for user preferences: reduced motion, text scaling to 200%, and safe-area insets on native shells.
Screen-reader labels on icon-only controls and image previews.

Character representation

Our character pipeline preserves accessibility features — mobility devices, prosthetics, wheelchairs, hearing devices, and other visible features — exactly as you approve them. Representation is a design constraint, not a decorative option.
