Refunds, Reprints & Cancellations

Cancellation window

You may cancel an order for a full refund until we begin generating final assets. Once generation starts, cancellation is not available because the personalized artwork has been produced.

Print defects and shipping damage

If a printed book arrives with a manufacturing defect (misprint, binding failure) or shipping damage, we reprint at no cost. Please contact support with photos within 30 days of delivery.

Digital deliverables

Digital deliverables (PDFs, portrait files) are non-refundable once released, except for demonstrable delivery or file defects, which we will remedy or refund at our discretion.

Changes to a personalized order

Personalization edits are available up to the moment character approval is finalized. Please review carefully — post-approval changes may require a new order.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our commerce provider. Bank processing time varies.
