What you confirm when you upload

• You are an adult and have authority over the child depicted, or you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have permission to use every photo you upload, including any adults, siblings, friends, or relatives who appear.
• You will not upload photos of children who are not connected to the order.

How photos are used

• To normalize a character face and integrate it onto an age-appropriate boilerplate body, preserving accessibility features you review.
• To produce the products you order.
• To maintain support and audit records.

How photos are not used

• They are not used to train third-party AI models.
• They are not published, sold, or shared outside providers necessary to run the service.

Removal

You may request removal at any time. Retention windows are documented in the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
