How it works

Nine warm steps. You approve every one.

You bring the cast, we bring the storybook craft. Nothing is finalized without your approval.

Character generation and full book artwork use verified paid entitlements only.

The nine steps

  1. Step 1

    Start your project

    Begin as a guest or with an account. Confirm you're an adult and that you have permission for every photo you upload. Your work is saved as you go.

  2. Step 2

    Add the cast

    Bring in the child at the heart of the story, plus the friends, relatives, and pets who belong. Add the details you want reflected — names, ages, pronouns, accessibility features you'd like preserved.

  3. Step 3

    Approve every character

    We prepare a watermarked, low-resolution character preview inside a secured review viewer. You approve, request adjustments, or start over. Nothing else about the book is shown before purchase.

  4. Step 4

    Choose the adventure

    Pick a curated story or build a Custom Story. Every published story is tuned to a canonical audience profile.

  5. Step 5

    Add special details

    Add a dedication, a favorite phrase, or Memory Anchors that make the story feel like theirs. These stay private.

  6. Step 6

    Choose your keepsakes

    Digital storybook, paperback, hardcover, coloring book, activity book, or portrait pack. Pick the formats and copies that work for your gift.

  7. Step 7

    Check out securely

    Checkout runs through our commerce provider. Full book artwork is created only after a verified paid webhook — never on a click alone.

  8. Step 8

    We make the book

    The approved cast moves into finished illustrations, layout, and quality checks. You'll see truthful progress updates the whole way through.

  9. Step 9

    Delivery and beyond

    Digital files release after production QA. Physical books are printed and shipped. You can always find your order with Email + Order ID on the tracking page.

What is intentionally protected

These rules apply to every order, every time.

  • The only pre-purchase artwork visible is the watermarked low-resolution character preview.
  • No book pages, spreads, or covers are shown before purchase.
  • Customer photos and generated pages are never used to train third-party models.
  • Commerce, character generation, and printing all run on owner-controlled infrastructure.
