Data Retention & Deletion

Default retention windows

• Guest projects and uploads: purged 30 days after last activity if the project is not converted into an order.
• Account drafts: retained while the account is active; deletion follows account deletion.
• Order records: retained for the period required by law and tax obligations.
• Delivered digital files: retained in your account library until you request deletion.
• Support communications: retained for 24 months.
• Audit logs: retained for a minimum of 12 months for security and abuse prevention.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion via Account Privacy or by contacting privacy@urkidsbook.com. Requests are honored within a reasonable timeframe and audited.

Data export

You may request an export of your account data. We provide files in commonly used formats.
