Clear, well-lit photos of each person or pet from the front, with unobstructed faces, work best. Everyday phone photos are fine.

Aim for two to five photos per character. More does not mean better; variety and clarity matter more than volume.

The main child, plus friends, relatives, adults, and pets you have permission to include. There is no arbitrary companion cap.

You confirm you have permission from the parent or legal guardian of every minor shown when you accept our terms.

Photos live in private storage that only your account (or your verified guest session) can read. They're used to build your approved characters and the products you order.

No. Customer photos are never used to train third-party or in-house models.

Guest project photos are purged 30 days after inactivity. Account project raw photos are removed per the schedule in the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Yes. Go to Account → Privacy & Deletion, or contact support with your Order ID. We honor deletion requests promptly.

We accept common photo formats (JPEG, PNG, HEIC). Files up to 15 MB per photo work well.

Common reasons: face is too small or obscured, image is very low resolution, or the file appears to be a screenshot of copyrighted artwork rather than a photo of the person.

Yes. You tell us which features are permanent parts of the character (like a wheelchair or a hearing aid to preserve) and which are temporary (like a cast for a broken arm) so we can respect the choice.

We preserve accessibility, mobility, prosthetic, and wheelchair features by default, and we use age-appropriate boilerplate bodies with your approved face and personalization details.
