Articles
- What is a Verified Gift Moment Review?
A Verified Gift Moment Review is submitted by a real recipient household using the private QR link included with the delivered book.
- Who may submit a review?
The recipient household of a delivered book, or the purchasing buyer if they kept the book.
- How is a review verified?
By the private QR link on the delivered book. Reviews without a valid link are treated as unverified.
- Can a customer leave a negative review?
Yes. Honest negative reviews help future buyers and help us improve.
- Are reviews edited or hidden?
We publish reviews as submitted, with limited moderation for safety and profanity.
- How are private problems routed to support?
If a review mentions a problem we should address, we route it to support so we can respond directly.
- Are reviews rewarded?
No. Rewards for reviews would compromise trust.
- How are referral invitations verified?
Referrals (planned) will verify the referrer's account and require the invited customer to complete a real order before any reward is credited.
- Why are public reusable referral codes prohibited?
Public codes attract fraud and drive up costs that force higher prices for real customers.
- What prevents self-referrals or referral fraud?
Referrals will use device, payment, and household checks to block self-referral and coordinated fraud.
- When does a referral reward become available?
Rewards become spendable after the referred order is verified as delivered and outside the refund window.
- What happens after a refund or chargeback?
If the referred order is refunded or charged back, any pending reward is reversed.
- Is marketing permission required to order?
No. Marketing is optional and separate.
- How can marketing permission be withdrawn?
Go to Account → Settings → Marketing, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
