The storefront targets WCAG 2.2 AA. That includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, form labels, contrast, and reduced-motion support.

Use the accessibility category on /help/contact. Include the device, browser, and steps to reproduce if possible.

Use /help/contact. Choose the category that best fits and include your Order ID if the question relates to an order.
- What information does support need?
The category, your Order ID (if any), a clear description of the issue, and any error message you saw.
- What should never be sent through a support form.
Passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, complete card numbers, bank credentials, provider credentials, government identity documents, or unnecessary child photographs.
- Expected response categories.
Routine questions receive a response during business hours. Urgent categories (security, privacy, safety, accessibility) are prioritized.
- How are urgent privacy, security, safety, or accessibility issues handled?
The /help/contact form has an urgent path for these categories. Urgent cases are triaged first and, when appropriate, escalate to the owner.
