- What is the AI Creation Deposit?
The Creation Deposit is a small pre-checkout payment that reserves computing resources so we can create your protected character preview.
- Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit credits toward your final order via a one-time discount. If we can't produce a usable result, the deposit is refunded per the refund policy.
- What happens if UrKidsBook cannot produce a usable result?
If we cannot produce a usable result for reasons on our end, we refund the deposit and any related charges.
- How are extra revisions purchased?
If you'd like more revisions than the plan includes, you can purchase additional revisions from inside your project.
- Are prices shown before checkout?
Yes. Prices are shown clearly before you enter payment information.
- How are large casts priced?
Very large casts require more processing. If your cast triggers a larger tier, we tell you before you commit.
- How do discounts work?
When we run a promotion, we apply it at checkout. Codes bound to your project cannot be shared.
- How will referral rewards work?
Referrals are planned for a later phase and will require verification and cooldowns to prevent fraud. They are not available yet.
- Why might a discount or credit be pending?
Some discounts require a verified action (like completed delivery) before they become spendable. We show the status inside your account.
