- How are payments processed?
Web payments run through our commerce provider's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.
- Does UrKidsBook store card numbers?
No. Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant commerce provider.
- What payment methods may be available?
Major credit and debit cards are supported. Additional wallets and methods may appear at checkout based on your region.
- What happens after checkout?
You get an order confirmation, and we begin the technical work: story preparation, artwork, layout, quality review, and file preparation.
- What happens after a failed payment?
Your book plan is still saved. Payment was not completed, so no final order has started.
- How can a receipt be obtained?
A receipt is emailed after payment. You can also download receipts from your account.
- How do refunds appear?
Refunds return to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
- How are duplicate charges handled?
If you see a duplicate charge, contact support with your Order ID and the last four digits of your card.
- What happens after a chargeback?
If a payment is reversed, we pause production and preserve the record while the dispute is resolved.
- How are sales taxes handled?
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
