- How do secure download links work?
Download links are signed and time-limited. They release only after production quality checks.
- How long is a guest download available?
Guests have a generous download window (currently 30 days from the ready notification). You can create an account any time to move downloads into your library.
- How does an account holder access purchased files?
Go to Account → Downloads. Files stay available in your library.
- What to do when a link expires.
Contact support with your Order ID. We can issue a fresh signed link.
- What to do when a file will not open.
Try a different PDF reader. Most files are large PDFs; older readers sometimes struggle.
- What devices can display the digital product?
Any modern phone, tablet, or computer with a PDF reader.
- Why purchased files must not be publicly shared.
The book contains a child's likeness. Public sharing exposes the child and undermines the personalized nature of the gift.
